Why do we charge for the Premium model?
The real question is "How can we afford to provide NURSING+ for free?"
The truth is that we can't, unless enough people sign up for the Premium model. The McMaster Health Knowledge Refinery that feeds content to NURSING+ costs over $1M per year to run. We have sponsors for some of its products, but unfortunately not for NURSING+.
We would like the best evidence for nursing care to be available for nurses around the world, regardless of ability to pay. We hope that the added features of the Premium model will more than repay those willing and able to afford it (at less than 5¢ per day!).
